JobMatch AI ("the extension") is a Chrome extension that compares job postings with your CV, summarizes and translates postings into Arabic, drafts cover letters and helps you fill job application forms. It is built to keep your data on your device.
1. Data the extension handles
- Your profile: the CV text you enter or upload (PDF, Word or text), a copy of your CV file if you choose to save it for applications, and the application details you save (for example name, email, phone, city, education, expected salary).
- Job postings: the title, company, location and description of the job page you are viewing, read only when you use the extension on that page; on job search pages, the job cards visible on the page when you click "Scan results".
- Settings and saved jobs: interface language, job-search preferences, the list of jobs you analyzed or saved, an optional license key, a random installation ID and free-trial counters.
- Results: your recent analyses, summaries, translations and cover letters.
2. Where it is stored
All of the above is stored locally in your browser (Chrome's storage). We do not operate user accounts and we cannot see this data.
3. When data leaves your device
- AI features. When you run an AI feature (match analysis, Arabic summary, full translation, cover letter, application answers, reading your details from your CV, or ranking search results), the job text and, where the feature needs it, your CV are sent over HTTPS to the JobMatch AI server. The server forwards them to an AI model through OpenRouter (currently Anthropic Claude, with Google Gemini as a backup), configured to use only providers that do not train on or collect your data. The server returns the result to you and does not store your CV or your results.
- Translation cache. A full translation contains only the public job posting (never your CV). It is cached on the server for up to 30 days so the same posting is not translated twice.
- Usage records. To run the free trial, Pro limits and cost monitoring, the server keeps: your random installation ID with usage counters; the identifiers of jobs that used free translations; daily request counters per IP address (deleted after 2 days); the result of license checks (cached for up to 6 hours); and daily totals per operation (type of operation, number of AI tokens, cost, and a shortened anonymous installation ID or the last 4 characters of a license key). These records never contain your CV, the job text or the AI output.
- License keys. If you enter a Pro license key, it is verified with Gumroad (api.gumroad.com), where you bought the subscription. Payments are handled entirely by Gumroad.
- Hosting. The server runs on Cloudflare Workers; Cloudflare processes standard request metadata (such as IP address and time) to deliver and secure the service.
- Application forms. When you ask the extension to fill a form, it writes your saved details into that page only. Nothing is sent anywhere until you review the form and submit it yourself; the extension never submits for you.
4. What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or share your data.
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- We do not use your data for creditworthiness, lending or any purpose unrelated to helping you apply for jobs.
5. Your control
You can export or permanently delete all stored data at any time from the extension's settings page ("Data management"), or by removing the extension. Server usage records expire automatically.
6. Children
The extension is not directed to children under 16.

JobMatch AI إضافة لمتصفح Chrome تقارن إعلانات الوظائف بسيرتك الذاتية، وتلخّص الإعلانات وتترجمها إلى العربية، وتكتب خطابات التقديم، وتساعدك على تعبئة نماذج التقديم. صُمّمت لتبقى بياناتك على جهازك.
1. البيانات التي تتعامل معها الإضافة
- ملفك: نص السيرة الذاتية الذي تُدخله أو ترفعه (PDF أو Word أو نص)، ونسخة من ملف سيرتك إن اخترت حفظها للتقديم، وبيانات التقديم التي تحفظها (مثل الاسم والبريد والجوال والمدينة والمؤهل والراتب المتوقع).
- إعلانات الوظائف: عنوان الوظيفة والشركة والموقع ووصف الوظيفة في الصفحة التي تتصفحها، وتُقرأ فقط عند استخدامك للإضافة عليها؛ وفي صفحات نتائج البحث، بطاقات الوظائف الظاهرة عند ضغطك «افحص نتائج البحث».
- الإعدادات والوظائف المحفوظة: لغة الواجهة، وتفضيلات البحث، وقائمة الوظائف التي حللتها أو حفظتها، ومفتاح الترخيص إن أدخلته، ومعرّف تثبيت عشوائي، وعدّادات التجربة المجانية.
- النتائج: آخر التحليلات والملخصات والترجمات وخطابات التقديم.
2. أين تُحفظ
كل ما سبق محفوظ محليًا في متصفحك. لا توجد حسابات مستخدمين، ولا نستطيع الاطلاع على هذه البيانات.
3. متى تغادر البيانات جهازك
- ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي: عند استخدامك ميزة ذكاء اصطناعي (التحليل، أو الملخص العربي، أو الترجمة الكاملة، أو خطاب التقديم، أو الإجابة على أسئلة نماذج التقديم، أو قراءة بياناتك من سيرتك، أو ترتيب نتائج البحث) يُرسَل نص الوظيفة، وسيرتك عند حاجة الميزة إليها، عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) إلى خادم JobMatch AI، الذي يمرّرها إلى نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي عبر OpenRouter (حاليًا Claude من Anthropic، وGemini من Google كبديل احتياطي)، مع إعداد يقصر المعالجة على مزوّدين لا يدرّبون نماذجهم على بياناتك ولا يجمعونها. يعيد الخادم النتيجة إليك ولا يحفظ سيرتك ولا نتائجك.
- حفظ الترجمات: الترجمة الكاملة تحتوي على إعلان الوظيفة العام فقط (ولا تحتوي سيرتك أبدًا)، وتُحفظ على الخادم حتى 30 يومًا حتى لا يُترجم الإعلان نفسه مرتين.
- سجلات الاستخدام: لتشغيل التجربة المجانية وحدود الاشتراك ومراقبة التكلفة، يحتفظ الخادم بمعرّف التثبيت العشوائي مع عدّادات الاستخدام، ومعرّفات الوظائف التي استهلكت الترجمات المجانية، وعدّادات يومية لكل عنوان IP (تُحذف بعد يومين)، ونتيجة التحقق من الترخيص (حتى 6 ساعات)، وإجماليات يومية لكل نوع عملية (نوع العملية، وعدد التوكنات، والتكلفة، ومعرّف تثبيت مختصر مجهول الهوية أو آخر 4 أحرف من مفتاح الترخيص). لا تحتوي هذه السجلات أبدًا على سيرتك أو نص الوظيفة أو نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- مفاتيح الترخيص: إن أدخلت مفتاح اشتراك Pro، يُتحقق منه لدى Gumroad (api.gumroad.com) حيث اشتريت الاشتراك، وتتم المدفوعات بالكامل عبر Gumroad.
- الاستضافة: يعمل الخادم على Cloudflare Workers، وتعالج Cloudflare بيانات الطلب المعتادة (مثل عنوان IP ووقت الطلب) لتقديم الخدمة وحمايتها.
- نماذج التقديم: عند طلبك تعبئة نموذج، تكتب الإضافة بياناتك المحفوظة في تلك الصفحة فقط، ولا يُرسل شيء حتى تراجع النموذج وترسله بنفسك. الإضافة لا ترسل أي نموذج نيابةً عنك.
4. ما لا نفعله أبدًا
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها.
- لا نستخدم أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تتبّع.
- لا نستخدم بياناتك لتقييم الجدارة الائتمانية أو الإقراض أو لأي غرض لا علاقة له بمساعدتك في التقديم على الوظائف.
5. تحكّمك ببياناتك
يمكنك تصدير جميع بياناتك المحفوظة أو حذفها نهائيًا في أي وقت من صفحة إعدادات الإضافة («إدارة البيانات»)، أو بإزالة الإضافة. وتنتهي سجلات الاستخدام على الخادم تلقائيًا.
6. الأطفال
الإضافة غير موجّهة لمن هم دون 16 عامًا.
7. التغييرات
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة، سنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه.
